Welcome to Nimina Brundaban Chandra College

The inception of the College was undertaken in the year 1977 with the ambition to provide higher education in nearby villages. This College was established at Kendupadar on 24th July 1978 on the consolidated donations of the villages like Khukundia, Bangarada, Banthapalli, Nuapalli, Benapata, Nahada, Ambapua, Chatula, Nimina, Kendupadar, Munigadi, Keshapur, Kesharipalli and with the of patronage of Late U.N.Swaro, Sri Abhimanyu Badatya, Late Bhagaban Biswal, Late U.N. Bhola, Late S.Ch.Apata, Late Raghunath Apata, Late Nilakantha Behera, Late B.Ch.Panda and Late C.M.Barad. The College was named as Nimina Brundaban Chandra College through the high generosity of Late K.Ch.Das Mahanta Maharaj of Nimina and by the donations collected from the people of this area working at Rourkela, Sunabeda and in some Coal mines.
